About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the overall North America field marketing strategy and annual/quarterly plan
- Align field marketing with global go-to-market plans and the product roadmap
- Partner with Corporate & Product Marketing and regional Sales leadership on campaigns and programs
- Optimize the regional marketing budget for maximum pipeline return on investment
- Manage, develop, coach, hire, and build a high-performing team of field marketers
- Establish shared standards, playbooks, and repeatable best practices
- Lead the North America partner marketing strategy and serve as initial regional contact
- Build joint go-to-market plans and co-marketing programs with strategic technology and consulting partners
- Own regional sales and partner enablement, including messaging, content, and training
- Build and manage a predictable North America pipeline
- Track program performance and pipeline contribution at regional and account levels
- Monitor pipeline health, identify gaps, and adjust investment with sales operations and business development
- Gather and synthesize account intelligence, competitive insights, and buyer feedback
- Feed regional intelligence into messaging, positioning, and go-to-market planning
- Participate in the Marketing Leadership Team and partner with senior regional, product, corporate, sales, and partner leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of B2B technology marketing growth experience
- Several years leading and developing field marketing teams supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
- Proven track record building regional field marketing strategies aligned with go-to-market, brand, and product priorities
- Experience managing, developing, and coaching marketers across multiple industries or segments
- Experience setting goals and managing performance
- Experience leading partner marketing and building joint go-to-market plans and co-marketing programs
- Strong analytical mindset and experience tracking/reporting pipeline health and program performance at macro and account levels
- Ability to manage and optimize a regional marketing budget
- Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building in-region sales and partner enablement programs, including messaging, content, and training
- Track record of building scalable, repeatable, and measurable marketing processes
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA a plus
