About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implementation of new features and solutions across the product
Further development of the CRM and system architecture, e.g., HubSpot
Identification of optimization opportunities across the entire value chain
Analysis of existing processes and identification of efficiency levers
Development of structured, scalable end-to-end processes
Interface management between Sales, Operations, and Tech

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
Initial relevant experience in business development, product management, operations, or a technology-driven environment
Very good understanding of digital processes and system architectures
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and automation tools (e.g., Make) is an advantage
Strong affinity for AI tools and emerging technologies
Analytical and structured approach to work
Ability to translate complex workflows into scalable processes
KPI- and data-driven mindset
Strong problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
High execution speed and a builder mentality
Hands-on while also thinking strategically
Comfortable taking responsibility and making quick decisions
Fluent German (at least C1 level)
English proficiency at least B2 level
