About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain customer data and prepare KPI and project reports
  • Use data to prepare for events and trade fairs, and qualify leads generated at trade fairs
  • Develop target-group-specific sales materials and presentations
  • Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of webinars
  • Prepare content for meetings and workshops
  • Continuously maintain the knowledge base
  • Provide flexible sales support in a varied day-to-day environment
  • Support strategic and operational projects within the Business Development team, internal projects, and the Sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, economics, or a comparable field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, quick comprehension, and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and an open manner when interacting with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong team spirit
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Initial experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Initial practical experience in sales-related roles—e.g., through internships or working-student positions—in start-ups, agencies, or consulting is an advantage
  • Interest in and motivation for sales-related topics
