About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and accelerate the Quavo Mastery Program
  • Decide when to build custom content versus buy existing content
  • Improve time to productivity for new hires and time to readiness for leaders through development programs
  • Build modular, flexible programming that evolves with processes, systems, and organizational structure
  • Build AI fluency in leaders and teams while addressing cognitive offloading from unmanaged AI use
  • Manage and develop the part-time Employment Enablement Architect
  • Partner with GTM teams to keep product and company representation consistent internally and externally
  • Own outcomes end to end, from decision to result
  • Report to the CPO

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years in talent or leadership development, including experience in a fast-growth or PE-backed environment
  • Sound judgment on when to build custom content versus buy and deploy an existing program
  • Comfortable building programs while the organization is evolving, designing for iteration
  • Strong point of view on adult learning design and cohort-based leadership development
  • Outstanding facilitator and trainer
  • Innovative approach to designing, acting, and improving with pace and intent
  • Experience integrating AI into learning design to build real capability
  • Clear approach to preventing critical-thinking erosion from over-reliance on AI
  • Experience managing a part-time or matrixed team member and maximizing limited capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree a plus
  • Preferred: Direct experience transitioning an outsourced leadership development function in-house
  • Preferred: Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
