About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Connect Questel's AI ambition to business operations as an AI Field Officer
- Surface high-value AI opportunities with business and support functions
- Formalise needs, estimate business value, build business cases, and present them for prioritisation and funding
- Measure value and ROI before and after deployment
- Build light, user-friendly AI agents and production tools
- Support implementation, adoption, appropriation, and impact measurement
- Upskill teams on AI tools through hands-on enablement
- Maintain a catalogue of IT-security-pre-approved AI tools
- Share prompts and reusable AI patterns across the group
- Bridge business teams and the central AI setup
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience combining AI, consulting, and change management
- Solid grasp of AI technologies, including LLMs and AI agents
- Ability to build quick prototypes
- Hands-on AI practitioner able to communicate with business leaders and technical teams
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Consultative posture to navigate a decentralised organisation and earn teams' trust
- Fluent English required
- Experience in corporate finance environments
- Hybrid work in Paris or Sophia-Antipolis
