About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify daily business frictions and AI opportunities with business and support functions
- Formalise needs, estimate business value, build business cases, and present them to the central AI review for prioritisation and funding
- Measure estimated value upfront and ROI after deployment
- Build light, user-friendly AI agents and prototypes
- Support implementation, adoption, appropriation, and impact measurement
- Upskill teams on AI tools through hands-on enablement
- Maintain a catalogue of AI tools pre-approved by IT security
- Proactively offer approved AI tools to the business
- Maintain a shared library of prompts and reusable patterns across the group
- Connect business needs with Questel's central AI setup and drive adoption of deployed tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience blending AI, consulting, and change management
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and AI agents
- Ability to build rapid, light AI prototypes
- Hands-on AI practitioner able to communicate with business leaders and technical teams
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Consultative posture for navigating a decentralised organisation and earning teams' trust
- Fluent English required
- Experience in corporate finance environments
