About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation, including reviewing plant expectations, safety information, and general onboarding materials
  • Schedule and coordinate drug testing for new hires
  • Escort new hires into and through the client facility, and walk them through site entry procedures
  • Help familiarize new hires with the plant layout and how the site operates so they're prepared to work
  • Coordinate badging and safety orientation requirements with the client site
  • Manage and maintain client files and records
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and staff
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Attend client sites as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
