About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the annual Quilter Academy marketing strategy and translate growth priorities into quarterly plans
  • Shape propositions, messaging, customer journeys and channel plans for career changers, graduates, financial-services professionals and partner audiences
  • Plan, deliver and improve integrated Academy campaigns across paid search, social media, email, website, content, partnerships and events
  • Lead campaign briefs, audience targeting, creative development, media plans, landing pages and lead-nurture activity
  • Provide strategic oversight for adviser recruitment marketing and align campaign priorities, candidate communications, handovers and success measures
  • Use recruitment feedback and conversion data to improve lead quality and candidate journeys
  • Support marketing activity for mergers and acquisitions opportunities, including collateral and events
  • Lead digital marketing plans and oversee paid media, search, social media, website content, landing pages, analytics and tracking
  • Plan, forecast and manage the Academy marketing budget and recruitment marketing spend
  • Manage purchase orders, agencies and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and value for money
  • Develop partnership opportunities and collaborate with Academy, Recruitment, Advice, Digital, Brand, Data, Operations, Compliance, partners and agencies
  • Define, track and report KPIs for awareness, engagement, lead quality, applications, conversion, costs and budget use
  • Provide performance updates and recommend practical actions to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure campaigns and marketing materials meet brand, accessibility, data and regulatory requirements
  • Manage approvals, review dates and asset accuracy across channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Ability to work in Southampton or London, United Kingdom
  • Permanent contract
