About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and adapt social-first content including social posts, short-form video, YouTube descriptions, website content, articles and email communications
- Support adviser recruitment and customer acquisition through targeted paid and organic social campaigns, email and other digital channels
- Manage day-to-day social media activity, including planning, publishing, community management and performance optimisation
- Support paid social advertising with channel expertise, audience insight, content recommendations and best-practice guidance
- Manage social media management and marketing platforms to schedule, monitor and optimise digital activity
- Plan activity, manage deadlines and keep stakeholders informed
- Support SEO, AEO and AI discoverability initiatives
- Plan and deliver insight-led paid and organic campaigns driving engagement, recruitment interest and lead generation
- Provide social media and digital content guidance to internal stakeholders
- Manage Quilter’s YouTube channel, including planning, publishing, optimisation, governance and performance monitoring
- Maintain and optimise public website content against audience needs, business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Deliver integrated campaigns with marketing, communications, content and video teams
- Monitor and analyse paid social, organic social and wider digital-channel performance
- Build stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted digital content and social media partner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong social media experience, including exposure to paid social media campaigns or advertising
- Experience managing social media channels and creating platform-appropriate content
- Experience supporting paid and organic campaigns that engage audiences and drive outcomes
- Understanding of adapting content across platforms, audiences, campaign objectives and customer/adviser journey stages
- Confidence working with website content and good understanding of SEO principles
- Interest in AI and answer-based discovery
- Experience creating and optimising content for web, social, email and video channels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of workload and use good judgement
- Experience with paid social advertising tools, social media management platforms, email marketing or CRM platforms advantageous
- Experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr or similar tools advantageous
- Consumer or adviser audience campaign experience beneficial
- Experience supporting recruitment, customer acquisition, engagement or lead generation beneficial
