About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the HR team’s transition from a legacy HRIS to a new HRIS
  • Download, organize, and store data and documentation from the legacy HRIS
  • Upload documents and information to the new HRIS
  • Transfer employee data from the legacy HRIS to the new HRIS
  • Process large volumes of employee data and documentation confidentially and accurately
  • File documents into appropriate employee digital files
  • Audit and validate migrated data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
  • Track and monitor migration activities to meet established timelines
  • Work with the HR team and HRIS vendor to address roadblocks
  • Assist with data cleanup, record reconciliation, and testing
  • Complete assigned migration tasks independently while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and communication
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar discipline is a plus
  • 1 year of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or related HR functions strongly preferred
  • Experience with multiple HRIS preferred
  • UKG/Kronos experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable learning new HR technology tools and systems
  • Ability to quickly become proficient with UKG or other HRIS systems
  • High accuracy in proofreading documentation and correspondence to prevent errors and fraud
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Stable internet connection with backup wired connection plan
  • Smartphone with current iOS or Android OS
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to collaborate via chat, email, telephone, and video conferencing, on and off camera
  • Ability to sit at a workstation and work on a computer for extended periods
  • Must reside within the United States, excluding Montana, Nebraska, Rhode Island, and Puerto Rico
  • U.S. work authorization required
  • No current or future sponsorship available
