What you’ll need

At least two years’ experience in a clinical healthcare recruitment role
Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards
Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques
Superb written and oral communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
