Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive customer engagements that grow Quva’s 503B product portfolio
  • Create leads for Quva’s software business
  • Sell Quva’s quality products directly to acute care hospital pharmacy customers
  • Deliver consistent selling skills and messaging within the assigned territory
  • Drive product penetration and pull through new product extensions
  • Follow up on and pull through new leads and opportunities
  • Own hospital-level customer relationships, retain base business, and drive incremental sales
  • Achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas within the assigned customer base
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business and customer relationships
  • Use SFDC/Salesforce to build and maintain lead and opportunity funnels
  • Build relationships with key decision makers
  • Maintain a frequent customer selling engagement schedule
  • Analyze territory growth potential and performance
  • Track, document, and record account activities and issues in Salesforce
  • Cross-sell and upsell compatible products to drive line extension growth and portfolio penetration
  • Understand how accounts manage and use medication and 503B outsourcing services
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services while overcoming customer objections
  • Partner with the Strategic Health Systems Account Director on parent health-system issues and opportunities
  • Analyze account order history, growth, and losses to increase customer ordering
  • Triage and pull through marketing-generated leads
  • Drive new product launches in the assigned territory
  • Collect and communicate competitor, customer, and market insights
  • Communicate Quva Pharma’s service offerings, strengths, and brand differentiators
  • Answer customer questions with knowledgeable product and portfolio guidance
  • Apply coaching and feedback from sales leadership and teammates
  • Attend trade and industry shows and symposiums

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B healthcare-related selling
  • 18+ years of age
  • Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Quva is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas
  • Candidate must reside in the assigned territory of Virginia and Maryland
  • Pharmaceutical selling experience is advantageous
  • Knowledge of hospital and/or hospital pharmacy buying audience preferred
  • Medication selling experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with other departments and people at all organizational levels
  • Sense of urgency, accountability, and resourcefulness
  • Self-starter and independent learner
  • Ability to understand how various issues affect each other and project outcomes
  • Ability to improve existing approaches creatively
