About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business requirements and system processes to identify application enhancements and process improvements
Administer ERP, WMS, and integrated systems
Coordinate with IT teams, software vendors, and managed service providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Investigate complex application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and design permanent solutions
Support application upgrades, patches, configuration changes, testing, and production deployments
Own the EDI platform and support onboarding and configuration of ERP EDI connections
Monitor and troubleshoot applications to ensure high availability and minimal downtime
Monitor software health, set up alerts, and run routine system checks
Record error logs, resolution steps, user guides, and knowledge base articles
Manage the application support ticket queue, including prioritization, troubleshooting, escalation, stakeholder communication, and resolution
Build help desk reports to monitor and analyze support trends
Improve application reliability, usability, and supporting features
Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and system procedures
Train end users on existing and enhanced system functionality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Bachelor's degree required in related discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting enterprise business applications, preferably ERP systems
Strong proficiency in identifying and evaluating complex issues and providing system solutions
Experience managing multiple, concurrent tasks and working with various levels of management
Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, verbal and written communication, and creative problem-solving
Experience working in a structured, quality environment with formal change control, testing, and documentation
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools
Experience in AWS and basic SQL database knowledge
Experience with ERP and WMS systems
Experience with Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine version 10 is an advantage
Pharmaceutical environment experience is an advantage
