About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

生放送を中心とした番組制作において、ロボットカメラやスタジオ内のカメラ（ペデスタル、クレーン、ハンディカメラなど）を操作する。
スイッチャー担当時は送出映像に責任を持ち、円滑にライブ配信を進行させる。
機材トラブルへの対応方法を理解し、適切に対処する。
配信スタジオ内の技術業務を行う。
音声担当時は出演者の音声バランスを調整し、BGMやSEを適切なタイミングで送出する。
インサート撮影で使用する機材を選定し、操作・撮影まで担当する。
制作に必要な映像を撮影する。

Requirements

What you’ll need

映像機器に関する知識および技術。
映像技術の実務経験3年以上。
機器のトラブル発生時に適切に対応・判断できる能力。
関係者と連携するためのコミュニケーション能力。
早朝・深夜のシフト勤務に対応できること。
スイッチャー経験あれば尚可。
