About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own delivery of coherent, high-quality, on-time analytics products across solutions
  • Ensure analytics products are stable, maintainable, and easy to iterate and enhance
  • Increase analytics product delivery velocity by shaping standards, developing analytics AI skills and context, and evolving team structures
  • Partner with Data Engineering, BI Engineering, Product, Data Platform, and Data Context & Semantic Architecture teams
  • Manage solution analytics leads and oversee day-to-day team operations
  • Scope and sequence work across solutions and keep team members unblocked and focused
  • Shape BI platform and semantic architecture supporting embedded and self-service analytics, including analytics agents
  • Contribute directly as an individual contributor when needed to unblock the team and maintain hands-on expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated program ownership of a technical function, including scoping, sequencing, and shipping analytics or data work across multiple parallel workstreams
  • Ultimate responsibility for quality and coherence of analytics or data work
  • Strong analytical rigor and ability to turn ambiguous questions into precise, defensible answers
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/dbt, modern data warehouses, and BI
  • Ability to establish repeatable processes, standards, and enforcement
  • Cross-functional influence across platform, engineering, and architecture teams
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and scaling proven processes across solutions and teams
  • Employment contingent upon satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background investigation and drug test
