About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own delivery of coherent, high-quality, on-time analytics products across solutions
- Maintain product stability, maintainability, and ease of iteration
- Increase analytics product delivery velocity by shaping standards, developing analytics AI skills and context, and evolving team structures
- Lead and manage solution analytics leads
- Scope and sequence work across solutions and keep teams unblocked and focused
- Partner with Data Engineering, BI Engineering, Product, Data Platform, and Context & Semantic Architecture teams
- Shape BI platform and semantic architecture for embedded and self-service analytics, including analytics agents
- Contribute directly as an individual contributor when difficult work requires hands-on support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated program ownership of a technical function, including scoping, sequencing, and shipping analytics or data work across multiple parallel workstreams
- Strong analytical rigor and hands-on depth with SQL/dbt, modern warehouse, and BI
- Ability to build repeatable processes, standards, and enforcement mechanisms
- Cross-functional influence across platform, engineering, and architecture teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and scaling proven ways of working across solutions and teams
- Healthcare domain expertise and familiarity with healthcare operational data, clinical workflows, hospital operations, or healthcare measurement challenges (plus)
- Experience scaling an analytics function at a growing company (plus)
- Familiarity with data governance, metric governance, or semantic layer concepts (plus)
- Experience with dbt, Sigma, and knowledge management systems for documenting metric definitions and analytical decisions (plus)
- Exposure to AI-enabled, natural language, or agentic analytics workflows (plus)
- Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background investigation and drug test
