About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with multifamily and homeowners association (HOA) clients
- Increase the company’s footprint within MDU and HOA communities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account support, service coordination, and issue resolution
- Partner with property managers, board members, and internal teams to ensure service delivery meets contractual commitments and client expectations
- Proactively identify client needs and communicate service updates
- Support retention and satisfaction across assigned accounts
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes
- Manage complex client relationships and service agreements independently
Requirements
What you’ll need- Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
- A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience managing multifamily, HOA, property management, telecommunications, utilities, or related service-based accounts
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or supervisory roles
- Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships and service agreements independently
- Strong knowledge of multifamily and HOA operational structures, including property management and board governance processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership and HOA boards
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; teleconferencing applications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension
