Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end customer Data Centre migration projects
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks
Coordinate internal teams, customers, and third-party partners throughout project delivery
Manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications
Identify and resolve issues that could impact successful delivery
Ensure smooth transition and handover into operational support
Maintain accurate project records and status updates in ServiceNow and other project management tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex technology projects
Proven experience leading customer-facing Data Centre (DC) migration projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing project risks, budgets, schedules, and dependencies
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Eligibility to pass BS7858 security screening
Experience within cloud, hosting, infrastructure, or managed services environments (desirable)
Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies (desirable)
Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, AgilePM, or equivalent (desirable)
