Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and technical sales aspects of a portfolio spanning Palantir Foundry and AIP enterprise AI platform implementations, generative AI/LLM solutions, and data modernization architectures
Drive top-of-funnel opportunity creation through enterprise AI platform conversations, C-level generative AI demonstrations, and identification of data modernization needs
Lead solution design and architecture across Palantir Foundry/AIP, generative AI, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS-native services
Position Palantir Foundry/AIP as the operational backbone for decision intelligence, generative AI as the transformational vision, and data modernization as the delivery foundation
Develop business cases connecting AI aspirations with practical data foundations and demonstrating ROI
Contribute reference architectures and intellectual property covering Palantir, generative AI, and data modernization patterns
Serve as the primary technical executive for strategic-account platform engagements, generative AI discussions, and data modernization programs
Lead workshops, ontology design sessions, platform evaluations, executive art-of-the-possible sessions, demonstrations, architecture workshops, platform assessments, and migration planning
Lead consultative engagements and translate them into concrete data modernization roadmaps
Develop Statements of Work balancing platform implementation scope, AI capabilities, and data platform requirements
Guide customers from Foundry/AIP adoption to production decision intelligence, generative AI proofs of concept to production, and legacy platforms to Lakehouse
Collaborate with sales teams to strategically position the solution portfolio
Maintain expertise across Palantir Foundry/AIP, generative AI, and modern data platforms
Guide build-versus-buy architectural decisions for enterprise AI operating platforms and data components
Travel up to 25% to customer sites and industry events as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Palantir Foundry and AIP, including data modeling, pipeline development, ontology design, operational workflows, and AI-driven decision intelligence applications
Deep experience with generative AI technologies, including LLM architectures, RAG implementations, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Q
Proven track record delivering data modernization, including modern data architectures, Databricks and/or Snowflake implementations, and AWS Glue/EMR
At least 5 years as a senior-level architect or solutions leader with hands-on experience across Palantir Foundry/AIP implementations, AI/ML, and data platform modernization
Demonstrated success engaging C-level executives on decision intelligence solutions, generative AI demonstrations, and complex data platform transformations
Strong understanding of enterprise AI platforms, AI/ML, and data platforms
Proven ability to articulate operational value, visionary AI possibilities, and practical data platform requirements to diverse audiences
Experience with the Palantir partner ecosystem and AWS professional services or partner ecosystem
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry/AIP, knowledge graphs, semantic modeling, ontology-driven data management, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS-native platforms
Palantir, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake certifications preferred; Palantir certification may be obtained within 90 days of hire
Experience with regulated industries requiring governance
Track record building practices that deliver Palantir Foundry/AIP implementations, generative AI solutions, and data modernization programs
Published thought leadership in enterprise AI platforms, generative AI applications, and/or modern data architectures
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark, with hands-on experience in Foundry pipeline development, ontology modeling, AIP application building, LangChain, vector databases, embedding models, PySpark, Apache Iceberg/Delta Lake, and orchestration tools
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
Legally allowed to work in the US for any employer; this role is not sponsorship eligible
