About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist new and existing RACV members visiting the Wodonga store
- Handle enquiries about Home and Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance products, Travel Insurance, and attraction tickets
- Assist the Memberline Contact Centre with inbound home and motor insurance calls
- Provide immediate and effective solutions through meaningful and personalised conversations
- Identify member needs, educate members, and offer suitable motoring solutions
- Deliver exceptional, customer-centric service experiences
- Complete 7 weeks of full-time paid training, including virtual classroom work, retail-store experience, buddy sessions, and ongoing support
- Work designated rostered hours after training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Face to face customer service experience
- Over the phone customer service experience
- Prior experience achieving sales targets and KPIs is highly regarded but not essential
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed
- Proficient in navigating through multiple systems
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to providing a positive member experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
- Significant experience working in a phone-based customer service environment is highly regarded
- Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia
- Consent to a criminal record check
