About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, correct, and complete financial records in CPJ
- Analyze contracts, billing, receipts, and financial entries
- Identify inconsistencies and propose improvements to the use of the financial module
- Cleanse and validate financial data
- Review and structure the Chart of Accounts and Cost Centers
- Configure the CPJ financial module according to client needs
- Configure billing, receipt, and fee management rules
- Support the definition and implementation of financial workflows within the system
- Conduct testing and validation of completed configurations
- Prepare operating procedures and support materials for users
- Support CPJ implementation, migration, and reconfiguration projects
- Participate in the validation of migrated data and ensure the integrity of financial information
- Assist in developing financial indicators, reports, and management controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with the CPJ financial module
- Knowledge of Charts of Accounts, Cost Centers, billing, receipts, expenses, revenue, and current accounts
- Experience configuring, reviewing, and cleansing financial data
- Knowledge of financial processes in law firms
- Ability to identify inconsistencies, propose improvements, and guide users
- Proactive, hands-on, organized, responsible, agile, and comfortable working with systems
- Availability to start immediately
- Based in Curitiba, Paraná, or in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, or São Paulo
- Experience with CPJ implementation, migration, or reconfiguration
- Experience in financial controlling for law firms
- Knowledge of data cleansing and processing
- Experience with workflows and procedures
- Knowledge of financial indicators and management reports
