About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Triage, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure issues across Radiant’s Cloud Platform, HPC, and AI supercomputer fleet
  • Provide timely, professional, high-quality customer support
  • Own assigned incidents by gathering logs, metrics, and reproducers, documenting findings, and driving issues toward resolution
  • Diagnose and debug hardware and software issues across cloud, Linux, and datacenter environments
  • Resolve incidents independently or propose effective workarounds
  • Collaborate with L3 and L4 Engineering support teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate corrective actions
  • Participate in the 24/7 follow-the-sun support model and hand over tickets between regions
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors on diagnostics and hardware replacements
  • Support deployment of new AI supercomputers through installation, configuration, validation, and acceptance testing
  • Contribute to troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and internal documentation
  • Participate in retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions and suggest process, tooling, or platform improvements
  • Develop technical skills in emerging cloud, HPC, and AI infrastructure technologies
  • Occasionally travel globally to support Radiant initiatives, facilities, or industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM subject, or equivalent industry experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or cloud operations role
  • Proven experience working with cloud, datacenter, and Linux environments
  • Strong foundation in Linux system administration
  • Familiarity with IT service management practices, such as ITIL concepts, is desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams
  • Proactive, curious mindset and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to participate in 24/7 follow-the-sun support and an on-call rota
  • May occasionally be required to travel globally
  • Right to work in the country of the role without sponsorship
