About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical direction and programming for RADIAS Health Residential Services IRTS and Crisis programs.
- Convey and carry out the agency Mission Statement and Service Philosophy.
- Oversee treatment programming, including groups, activities, treatment planning, and treatment-related policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with statutory and rule regulations across programs.
- Partner with Operations to meet program compliance requirements.
- Lead program growth, innovation, service integration, and geographic or community expansion initiatives.
- Oversee referral management and access processes for timely, coordinated entry into services.
- Monitor quality, access, productivity, utilization, client outcomes, and operational performance; initiate corrective action when needed.
- Manage and monitor program budgets and improve sustainability, efficiency, and revenue performance.
- Maintain ongoing performance documentation for direct reports.
- Assign duties to Program Directors.
- Supervise Program Directors, including evaluations, development plans, and corrective action.
- Oversee mandated training and conduct training in Evidence Based Practices and other relevant areas.
- Identify, support, write, and obtain grant development and funding.
- Partner with marketing and talent acquisition on program sustainability, growth, and community engagement.
- Lead quality improvement, risk management, incident review, and corrective action activities.
- Attend community provider meetings, conferences, and external training sessions.
- Manage accountability for DHS, MA, Federal, Department of Health, and County inspections.
- Investigate and report suspected abuse and neglect incidents.
- Review and resolve client and employee grievances.
- Ensure timely completion of program evaluations.
- Hire relevant positions in coordination with Human Resources.
- Participate in on-call emergencies and rotation as needed.
- Provide cross-coverage for other Senior Clinical Directors.
- Complete paperwork, reports, and charting contemporaneously and in an organized manner.
- Attend and facilitate regularly scheduled Managers Meetings.
- Maintain regular work hours and confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing professional growth, development, and supervision.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Clinical Officer and Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be licensed as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Minnesota.
- A Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences or related field.
- Minimum of 4,000 hours of work experience providing services to mentally ill persons.
- Minimum of 4,000 hours of experience in administration or supervision.
- 5 or more years progressively responsible leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, housing, human services or a closely related setting.
- Demonstrated ability to use data, financial information, and quality measures to guide decisions and improve performance.
- Knowledge of applicable behavioral health regulations, payer or contractual requirements, privacy expectations, and quality improvement practices.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
