About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure products and services are optimized from booking, confirmation, and delivery perspectives
  • Monitor key functionalities and suppliers daily
  • Manage relationships with product and technology suppliers
  • Lead initiatives to enhance hotels, sightseeing, transportation, and rail services through process, technology, and vendor-management improvements
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Guest Experience, Product, Software Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making and prioritization
  • Ensure operational readiness for new product launches, including documentation, training, and internal communications
  • Identify vendor and operational bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and align strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for product initiatives and communicate progress to leadership
  • Identify product timeline risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Serve as primary Product contact for Technology teams and external vendors during product integrations
  • Monitor third-party supplier API integrations against business and operational requirements
  • Lead business validation of integrations and enhancements, including booking flows, pricing, confirmations, cancellations, and customer experience
  • Manage vendor certification through business testing, progress tracking, and scenario completion before production release
  • Coordinate issue identification, prioritization, and resolution during testing and certification
  • Plan and coordinate rollouts of products, supplier integrations, and enhancements
  • Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions for Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and other internal teams
  • Monitor released products and integrations, gather business-user feedback, and drive continuous enhancements
  • Own business-side product implementations to ensure validation, launch success, business alignment, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in product and operations within the travel industry
  • Experience working with related sourcing technologies and connectivity is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Ability to build, foster, and maintain relationships with hotel, sightseeing, and transportation partners
  • Personnel management ability
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and align teams
  • Demonstrated ability to identify sales and operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive them to completion
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of working effectively across functions and teams
  • Experience in a high-growth tech or product-led company is preferred
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and methodologies is preferred
  • Experience working in a SaaS or B2B product environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of agile development frameworks is preferred
  • Candidates must reside in Tennessee and be able to meet the Nashville in-office requirement
