About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop holistic digital video strategies, with a focus on CTV, and tactical recommendations
  • Evaluate, recommend, launch, measure, optimize, and grow digital video and CTV work
  • Contribute to strategic direction and account leadership across digital video initiatives
  • Champion digital video and deliver industry points of view on ad tech, publisher developments, and consumption trends
  • Standardize best practices and streamline efficiencies and automation
  • Provide leadership across the Digital Video team, including Supervisors and Specialists
  • Supervise accounts and foster relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee performance and brand-building strategies specific to digital video
  • Develop education materials for internal and external client use
  • Partner with Integrated Planning and Investment teams to identify investment allocations using audience tools, historical performance data, scorecards, and best practices
  • Oversee campaign execution through Direct IO and programmatic platforms
  • Report campaign performance, progress against goals, and future strategies to senior executives
  • Manage digital video processes and align programmatic initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives
  • Evaluate new DSP offerings and ensure quality standards across digital video practices
  • Contribute to certifications, training, growth opportunities, account assignments, new business pitches, and account onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience, with a focus on digital video planning and activation
  • Understanding of platform and publisher relationships, data targeting capabilities, buy types and best options to activate digital media
  • Experience with DSPs, CTV publishers, measurement, currency, trafficking, reporting, and development of campaign performance insights
  • Proven fluency in major DSPs including The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Yahoo, Viant and more
  • Ability to review performance data sets, identify critical storylines and communicate accordingly internally and externally
  • Collaborative spirit and active interest in mentoring and managing team members
  • Strong interest in ad tech, digital video trends and innovation
  • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
