About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the overall solution architecture for client implementations and assigned client event programs
Lead solution design considering client requirements, system integrations, scalability, and technical feasibility
Serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C-suite client stakeholders
Lead strategic discovery sessions and consultations
Lead end-to-end solution design and drive RainFocus platform adoption
Collaborate with Solution Consultants, technical teams, project managers, and leadership
Provide oversight across portfolios of client events, including timelines, quality standards, scope, resources, deliverables, and QA
Facilitate discovery calls, post-conference reviews, milestone reporting, and client communications
Mentor and develop Solution Consultants and other team members
Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, social media, conference presentations, and case studies
Improve consulting processes, methodologies, and organizational knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of software implementation experience
Deep expertise implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise-level clients
3–5 years within SaaS event technology; RainFocus experience preferred
Experience gathering, documenting, and translating complex requirements, configurations, and integrations across multiple systems
Experience owning overall solution architecture for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations
Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders
Track record of creating efficiencies through process design, driving adoption, and measuring impact
Experience in event technology, marketing technology, or enterprise B2B SaaS implementation
Exceptional problem-solving and adaptability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and clients
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or JSON preferred
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman preferred
Experience contributing to whitepapers, conference presentations, or social media content preferred
Extensive API integration experience preferred
Demonstrated mentorship track record preferred
