About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 楽天モバイルの基地局建設における用地選定から交渉準備、地権者交渉までを一貫して担当
- 土地所有者・建物オーナーへの訪問・連絡、設置許諾に向けた折衝・合意形成
- 地権者との信頼関係構築と建設に向けた合意の推進
- 基地局候補地の選定
- 登記簿謄本の取得・確認
- 社内の営業、プロジェクト企画、管財、調達、法務等との連携
- 全国各地の地権者、工事会社、協力パートナーとの連携
- 10名単位の小チームで業務を推進
Requirements
What you’ll need- 日本語が流暢で、ビジネス上円滑に意思疎通できること（JLPT N1相当）
- 高いコミュニケーション能力
- チームワークおよび自ら考え行動する能力
- 社内システムやWord・Excel・PowerPoint等の入力操作が可能なレベル
- 通信業界の知識・経験（歓迎）
- 基地局建設管理・設計経験（歓迎）
- 施工会社折衝経験（歓迎）
- 英語は初級程度。実務での使用頻度はほとんどない
- SPI適性検査の受検
- リファレンスチェック2名の実施
