About the role

  • Lead Ramp’s AI partnerships across labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
  • Own and grow strategic AI ecosystem relationships at a true partnership level
  • Lead technical conversations and integrations end to end with partner engineering and product teams
  • Convert ecosystem relationships into referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
  • Combine business development, deal-making, product partnership, and technical integration work
  • Track AI companies’ commercialization and go-to-market strategies
  • Represent Ramp externally to founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators in the San Francisco AI community
  • Build and execute AI partnership strategy, including sourcing, negotiating, contracting, launching, and growing relationships
  • Launch public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies
  • Meet with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
  • Negotiate active contracts and refine Ramp’s AI partnership strategy
  • Help Ramp connect with decision-making teams at leading AI companies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with decision-makers and influencers
  • Commercial outcomes tied to AI ecosystem relationships, including measurable revenue potential and product integrations
  • Strong reputation across the San Francisco AI community as a fintech partner
  • Ability to keep pace with AI labs’ changing go-to-market strategies and commercialization
  • Repeatable business development and product motion for the AI ecosystem
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
  • Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community, including founders, lab leaders, and investors
  • Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners with genuine credibility
  • Trusted by the AI venture capital and investor community
  • Experience building partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and accountability for commercial outcomes
  • Technical fluency to engage on integrations and commercial ability to close deals
  • Builder mindset and ability to design scalable programs
