About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead enterprise customers through end-to-end onboarding of Ramp Bill Pay and Procurement
  • Educate customers on AP workflows, procurement best practices, approval logic, vendor management, and policy configuration
  • Identify implementation blockers and reinforce the value of adopting Ramp’s AP and Procurement solutions
  • Understand customers’ AP, purchasing, and approval processes; identify pain points and recommend improvements
  • Guide customers toward optimized product rollouts
  • Develop deep expertise in Ramp’s Bill Pay and Procurement capabilities, integrations, vendor onboarding, approval routing, purchase requests, and invoice processing
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and partner with Product and Engineering on gaps, solutions, and workarounds
  • Provide structured customer feedback to Product for roadmap prioritization
  • Manage multiple customer activations, timelines, communications, follow-ups, and proactive outreach

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or implementations for products supporting AP and/or Procurement functions
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience partnering with technical teams to share customer feedback, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn a product deeply and articulate the rationale behind product decisions
  • Strong record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively position product capabilities
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
  • Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or ERP/AP modules (nice to have)
  • Background in financial services, Fintech, or SaaS implementations (nice to have)
  • Experience at a high-growth startup (nice to have)
