About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate paid Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok programs, including campaign setup, targeting, budgets, tracking, QA, reporting, and daily optimization
- Translate performance data into recommendations for creative, targeting, and testing
- Own smaller campaigns and product launches from stakeholder alignment and briefing through build, deployment, post-launch analysis, and reporting
- Partner with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, product marketers, and analytics teams
- Develop testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, formats, and placements
- Maintain standards for naming conventions, documentation, measurement, and campaign governance
- Improve workflows through templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools
- Grow into channel planning and broader paid acquisition strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience managing paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, tracking, attribution, and optimization
- Experience working across creative testing and media execution
- Experience building repeatable campaign templates, operating systems, and AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear, actionable decisions
- Strong project management skills and confidence owning initiatives from brief through launch
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when building, trafficking, and QAing campaigns
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Proactive, ownership-oriented approach and interest in growing into broader strategic responsibility
