About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and scale workflows enabling customers to manage procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and control
  • Improve requester and approver experiences through data, customer feedback, and partnership with customer-facing internal teams
  • Contribute to Product Operations process improvement and product building
  • Use AI tools to improve release management, collect customer feedback, and enable internal teams to support customers and troubleshoot issues
  • Reduce customer friction, measured by support tickets per active user and customer NPS
  • Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement by capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specs
  • Own launch operations for new Procurement features from Alpha to GA, including AI-native experiences
  • Ship product improvements, UX fixes, and paper cuts using AI tools
  • Use AI to automate processes and build products that help teams ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
  • Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS
  • Experience with procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations preferred
  • Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
  • Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work and directly make product improvements
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work in product management, product operations, or strategy & operations roles required by the application form
  • Comfortable working in-person at the NYC HQ at least 2 days/week
