About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the voice-of-customer loop for Travel by capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate feedback and operational insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities
  • Build product analytics to identify opportunities to improve adoption, booking success, policy compliance, supportability, quality, and traveler experience
  • Own launch operations for Travel features from alpha through general availability
  • Manage release readiness, documentation, internal enablement, and feedback loops
  • Ship UX fixes and operational tooling using AI and low-code tools
  • Design and improve operating systems for issue escalation, incident management, release readiness, supportability, and internal communication
  • Identify and automate manual processes to improve consistency and reliability
  • Manage operational relationships with travel partners and vendors
  • Monitor partner performance, surface issues, and support joint improvement plans
  • Become a subject-matter expert in the end-to-end Travel customer experience
  • Contribute to systems and tooling that enable Ramp's Product and Engineering organizations to scale

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy and operations, consulting, or a customer-facing analytical role
  • Experience ideally supporting B2B SaaS or fintech products
  • Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through execution and measurement
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to size opportunities, assess product performance, and identify customer friction
  • SQL proficiency preferred
  • Experience translating qualitative and quantitative customer feedback into product recommendations, requirements, and operational processes
  • Track record of investigating root causes and developing durable solutions
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous and technically complex environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to ship improvements quickly while measuring impact
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, or improve product and operational experiences
  • Experience with business travel, expense management, travel booking, or travel technology is a nice-to-have
  • Experience working with external partners or vendors is a nice-to-have
  • Experience with Retool or other low-code tooling platforms is a nice-to-have
  • Experience in management consulting is a nice-to-have
  • Technical programming experience such as Python, Java, or React is a nice-to-have
  • Comfortable working in-person at the New York office at least 2 days/week
