Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver software end to end for the largest customers, understanding user pain points, scoping product specifications, and building agents that autonomously implement solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals, activate customers, and expand Ramp’s value over time
Drive the core product engineering roadmap through the embedding model
Specialize within a core product area to develop deep domain expertise
Make prioritization decisions about when to build custom solutions versus accelerating broader initiatives
Interact directly with customers and deliver solutions end to end

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of software engineering experience preferred
Extensive experience building with and for agents
Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale
Comfort and excitement to be customer-facing
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
