About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support customer engagements throughout PLM implementations, including discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, training, issue resolution, upgrades, support handoff, and project management
Act as a trusted customer advisor by proposing process optimization solutions
Create customer “as is” process maps documenting processes, terminology, tools, and responsible parties
Participate in workshops to collect client data and document configuration needs, roles, responsibilities, and processes
Document field information, including dropdowns, free-form fields, required information, and restrictions
Partner with Sales to develop PLM business opportunities
Participate in marketing events and related business-development activities
Identify, assess, and manage issue resolution
Execute PLM implementation delivery tasks, including configuration, scripting, rollout, and testing
Participate in pre-sales, marketing, and offering-development activities to develop IMAGINiT’s PLM delivery capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering field
3-5 years’ work experience in delivering PLM and related solutions
Experience with Autodesk Fusion Manage
Ability to apply analysis and creative thinking when solving problems
Experience with identifying and implementing process improvements
Strong data management and analytical skills
Familiarity with ERP applications
Familiarity with Software Lifecycle Management (SDLC), Change Management, and agile methodology
Experience with supply chain management (SCM) and product life cycle management (PLM)
Familiarity with Information Technology standards and best practices
Strong time management skills with ability to multitask, handle changing priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with both business partners and IT professionals
Strong business acumen, high energy, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Ability to meet 25% travel requirement
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without company sponsorship
