About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support import and export processes by monitoring operational steps, document issuance, and shipments in accordance with applicable procedures and legal requirements
  • Monitor Foreign Trade routines by following up on processes, supporting document issuance and verification, and ensuring established deadlines are met
  • Prepare, review, and forward supporting and shipping documents related to import and export processes
  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal customers, suppliers, and service providers, contributing to efficient and smooth operations
  • Stay up to date on procedures, legal requirements, and compliance practices applicable to Foreign Trade activities, contributing to process compliance and continuous improvement
  • Support the monitoring of department metrics and controls, pursuing process efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Foreign Trade or a related field aligned with the position’s scope
  • Intermediate English
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Experience with SAP used in Foreign Trade processes or similar systems, such as Thomson Reuters (preferred)
  • Technical knowledge of Foreign Trade processes (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Customs Law (preferred)
  • Knowledge of AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) programs (preferred)
  • Easy access to the Osasco, São Paulo facility
