Key responsibilities & impact

Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimize administrative, operational, and customer service processes
Develop low- and medium-complexity solutions using digital tools, low-code platforms, and automation technologies
Support, maintain, and enhance existing automations and solutions
Support requirements gathering with business teams, transforming requests into structured solutions
Participate in process mapping, analysis, and documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to support decision-making
Build and update dashboards, reports, and operational KPIs
Support continuous improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence projects
Develop technical documentation, procedures, and support materials related to implemented solutions
Conduct testing and validation and monitor the implementation of developed solutions
Research new technologies, tools, and trends that can drive efficiency and innovation for the business
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in progress or completed in Production Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, Management Processes, and/or related fields
Coursework or knowledge in Process Management and Continuous Improvement
Knowledge of programming logic
Knowledge of data analysis and Excel
Interest in automation, digital transformation, and technology
Analytical skills for problem identification and resolution
Organization and discipline in managing activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) is a plus
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Databricks is a plus
Experience with AI-powered automation is a plus
Experience with APIs and system integrations is a plus
Knowledge of Lean, PDCA, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
Experience with continuous improvement, automation, or digital transformation projects is a plus
Knowledge of RPA is a plus
Basic English proficiency
