Key responsibilities & impact

Develop analyses, studies, and models to support strategic decisions across FP&A, Accounting, Finance, and Procurement
Turn data into actionable insights, contributing to value creation and improved business performance
Build dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations that facilitate performance monitoring and decision-making
Apply analytics, modeling, and Artificial Intelligence techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Develop AI-based automations and solutions to reduce operational tasks and increase team productivity
Support the development of a data-driven culture by promoting analytical best practices and the efficient use of information
Partner with different areas of the organization to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions
Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of information used in decision-making processes
Contribute to strengthening the organization’s governance, predictability, and financial discipline

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ongoing or completed graduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
Training in or knowledge of advanced Excel, IT/ Microsoft Office, and Power BI
Experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, especially Power BI
Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and preparation
Practical experience using Generative AI to solve business problems
Ability to transform data into analyses, recommendations, and executive narratives for different audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and an evidence-based approach to decision-making
Ability to connect business needs with data and technology solutions
Preferred: experience with Databricks
Preferred: experience in FP&A, Controllership, Finance, or related areas
Preferred: experience in process automation and the application of AI agents
Preferred: knowledge of predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or advanced analytics techniques
