About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead digital evolution, process automation, and artificial intelligence integration within Randstad’s global Procurement Center of Excellence
- Drive strategy for Source-to-Contract (S2C) platforms, Agent Ops AI automation, and spend analytics
- Build and supervise autonomous AI agents for end-to-end procurement workflows
- Set ethical standards and performance guardrails for AI agents
- Own global business strategy for S2C, Procurement Intake, and CLM platforms
- Partner with IT on integration roadmaps
- Transition procurement processes toward touchless, autonomous operations
- Streamline system access and platform health
- Build and scale an augmented procurement data lake
- Drive predictive analytics and automated compliance reporting
- Train and upskill global teams and business stakeholders on AI collaboration and modern platform adoption
- Own outcomes for touchless intake, automated CLM workflows, AI-agent deployment and adoption, data-lake expansion, and compliance integration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Approximately 10 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or digital procurement enablement
- Deep technical and functional domain expertise across Source-to-Contract (S2C), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procurement Intake, and Spend Analytics systems
- Hands-on experience or clear capability in process automation, data lake integration, and AI/agent workflow deployment
- Exceptional executive communication skills in English
- Proven change management and business partnering capability
