About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research potential clients within or across targeted industries and maintain an up-to-date client database
- Follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients
- Identify new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings
- Source candidates through advertising, searching, and networking in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
- Align candidates with client requirements for operational and contingent workers
- Participate in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy
- Provide interview preparation and coaching to operational-role candidates
- Communicate with team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline
- Growing knowledge of the company, processes, and customers
- Ability to perform structured work assignments related to the discipline
- Ability to use existing policies, procedures, or instructions to solve routine or standard problems
- Ability to work under supervision and direction from more senior roles
- Ability to work within guidelines and policies
- Ability to explain factual information of limited complexity in straightforward situations
- Experience or knowledge related to logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, or retail industries
