About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process
- Meets weekly quotas for calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
- Recruits candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
- Researches industry trends and delivers insights on operational and contingent workers
- Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and engagement activities
- Processes contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks
- Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
- Supports basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate sales-pipeline data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
- Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
