About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
- Research industry trends and deliver insights about operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge
- Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
- Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
- Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate sales pipeline data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
- Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities and standardized procedures and practices
- Ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding
- Ability to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
- Ability to process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks
- Ability to prepare regular recruitment progress and client satisfaction reports
- Basic sales support and accurate candidate and client record maintenance
