About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research potential clients within or across targeted industries and maintain an up-to-date client database
- Follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients
- Identify new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings
- Source candidates through advertising, searching, and networking for logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail roles
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments for operational and contingent workers
- Participate in client meetings regarding project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy
- Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates
- Communicate with team members to identify needs and evaluate recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions
- Perform structured work assignments related to the discipline under supervision and direction from senior roles
- Follow policies and guidelines while contributing to the quality of team work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline
- Growing knowledge of the company, processes, and customers
- Experience related to logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail industries
- Ability to conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
- Ability to identify potential clients and follow up on leads
