About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage
- Meet weekly call and email quotas to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
- Research industry trends and deliver insights on operational and contingent workers
- Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and engagement activities
- Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
- Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate sales-pipeline data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior roles or manager
- Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions, and checks for understanding
- Ability to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
- Knowledge of compliance with industrial legislation frameworks
- Ability to prepare reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction
- Basic sales support and accurate candidate and client record management
