About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process
- Meet weekly call and email quotas to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
- Research industry trends and provide insights on operational and contingent workers to support client growth and competitive advantage
- Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
- Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to Operational Talent Solutions leadership
- Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate sales-pipeline data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Ability to perform assignments using existing procedures
- Ability to work under guidance and direction from senior roles or a manager
- Ability to work within standardized procedures and practices to meet objectives and deadlines
- Ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding
- Ability to meet weekly call and email quotas
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, candidate and client records, contracts, documentation, and compliance with industrial legislation frameworks
