About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process
Meet weekly call and email quotas to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates across logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
Research industry trends and deliver insights on operational and contingent workers to support client growth and competitive advantage
Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks
Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate sales pipeline data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
Performs assignments using existing procedures
Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities and standardized procedures
Ability to meet objectives and deadlines
