About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and communicate a compelling product portfolio vision and roadmap aligned with business and service goals
- Ensure software products integrate into the overall service ecosystem and contribute to business growth
- Use and enhance an AI-native technology stack throughout the product management lifecycle
- Build AI harnesses to optimize product management processes and handover to Engineering
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals
- Provide functional requirements to engineering teams aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with service teams, sales, and customer success on product strategy
- Use data and analytics to track product performance metrics and optimize features
- Gather customer feedback and ensure product development aligns with strategic objectives
- Support sales and services teams with messaging, positioning, and launch plans
- Work cross-functionally with UX designers, engineers, support, documentation, training, and related functions to bring features to market
- Optionally manage and mentor a small team of product managers
- Coordinate with the Global Head of Product, Chief Information Officer, engineering, support, professional services, service design, partner management, leadership, customers, and global function leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited College/University
- 7+ years of product management experience in the B2B or B2C space
- Demonstrated experience developing new software features and enhancements for innovative products
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, or Codex throughout the product management process
- Hands-on experience building fully functional prototypes with AI coding agents
- Experience shipping production-ready code is a plus
- Flexibility to work as a generalist Product Manager across different product areas
- Global product experience, including working with global stakeholders
- Experience working in a complex matrix across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, and assertiveness
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of state-of-the-art product management best practices
- Ability to analyze product KPIs and ROI
- Deep knowledge of AI concepts, including prompt engineering, context engineering, and harness engineering
- Ability to translate technical concepts such as RAG, embeddings, vector databases, context windows, tokenization, loops, probabilistic and deterministic systems, and evals into business value
- Proficiency with product analytics tools and frameworks
- Ability to develop and execute operational efficiency goals independently while aligning stakeholders on change management
- Ability to drive change and adapt quickly in an agile environment
- Strong results orientation, work ethic, emotional intelligence, courage, and assertiveness
- Ability to work as part of a diverse, global team
- Global travel is required, but will be an exception
- Knowledge of HR processes and services is a plus
- Prior experience with ProductBoard is a plus
- Master's degree in Business is a plus
