About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with in-market finance and business stakeholders to understand and analyze legacy financial structures
- Guide markets in mapping local data to Randstad's global Workday Foundation Data Model
- Ensure alignment with Cost Centers, Revenue & Spend Categories, and custom organizations
- Coordinate markets and the implementation partner during data conversion cycles
- Provide guidance on Data Gathering Workbooks for Suppliers, Customers, GL beginning balances, and Business Assets
- Troubleshoot data quality issues to support timely and successful data loads
- Support adoption of Workday's global reporting foundation in newly implemented markets
- Conduct fit-gap analysis sessions for market-specific reporting needs
- Demonstrate standardized reports and dashboards and champion global solutions over local customizations
- Act as a link between local finance teams and Accenture across FDM design, data migration, and reporting adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial systems, ERP implementation, or data analysis
- Strong understanding of core financial accounting principles, including Chart of Accounts, P&L structure, and cost centers
- Demonstrable experience with large datasets
- Solid grasp of data quality and data governance concepts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Direct experience with Workday Financials, particularly its Foundation Data Model (FDM) and worktags preferred
- Previous data migration or ERP implementation project experience, preferably in a large, multinational organization
