About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions mainly using UiPath Studio to automate recruitment, mid-office, and back-office processes
- Create automations bridging data between SAP, Salesforce, Google Workspace, legacy systems, and portals
- Support bot failures, selector refactoring, and process exceptions
- Monitor UiPath Orchestrator logs and mail alerts
- Identify and resolve transaction failures, credential issues, and environment-related bottlenecks
- Maintain development and production environments with software updates and security patches
- Create and maintain PDD and SDD documentation with Process Analysts
- Support version control and deployments via GitLab
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good knowledge of UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and ideally REFramework
- Advanced handling of dynamic selectors within SAP, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
- Ability to analyze manual business processes and design stable, scalable automated workflows with process owners and end users
- Proficiency in JSON/XML for API calls within bots
- Advanced data manipulation using Python, App Script, and other appropriate tools
- Understanding of GitLab version control
- Experience deploying automation increments across Dev/Test/Prod environments
- Ability to maintain up-to-date platform and server infrastructure
- 5+ years of professional RPA development experience with UiPath
- High English proficiency
- Ability to document complex logic for technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to solve problem tickets or requirements with end users
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Proactive team player willing to take responsibility and ownership
- Ability to work independently
