About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with screening and interviewing operational candidates for short-term positions
- Assist with recruiting passive candidates and assessing local candidate expertise and short-term career potential
- Match candidates to specific client needs, including temporary and order-based staffing requests
- Maintain tracking systems and communicate recruitment metrics to stakeholders for KPI measurement
- Analyze the effectiveness of sourcing channels and adjust approaches to attract operational candidates
- Use job boards, social media, and direct outreach to identify operational candidates with limited online presence
- Develop relationships with operational candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the placement process
- Communicate operational position opportunities and the client value proposition to candidates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Ability to perform assignments using existing procedures
- Ability to work under guidance and direction from senior-level roles or a manager
- Ability to work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding
- Ability to screen and interview operational candidates
- Ability to use job boards, social media, and direct outreach for sourcing
- Ability to track recruitment systems and communicate recruitment metrics
