About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop compelling job descriptions and specifications to improve attraction and matching of qualified candidates
Organize job postings on various platforms and local job boards, ensuring accuracy, currency, and alignment with client needs
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience against job requirements
Source active and passive candidates using recruitment software, databases, social media, and professional referrals for operational roles
Conduct regular market analysis to stay current with labour market trends and hiring practices
Collaborate with clients to shortlist successful candidates and manage offer and candidate feedback processes
Balance the interests of candidates and clients
Provide updated recruitment reports and candidate pipeline analysis to clients and internal management
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps
Facilitate career conversations about candidates' long-term development goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline
Knowledge of the company, processes, and customers
Ability to perform structured work assignments related to the discipline
Ability to use existing policies, procedures, or instructions to solve routine or standard problems
Ability to work under supervision and direction from more senior roles
Ability to work within guidelines and policies
Ability to explain factual information of limited complexity in straightforward situations
